Included in the rental price are:

• Rent and Agent charges
• Local Agent's assistance
• Bedlinnen and towels
• Pool und Pool-Service (1 x weekly)
• Electricity (35,-- USD allowance per week), Water and service charges for to waste disposal
• Telephone and fax-costs: local calls and fax

Related costs NOT included in rental price:

• End of tenancy cleaning: USD 130.00 and energy fee, paid in cash at hand-over of house to agents
• 11 % Florida-Tax, prices are subject to change without notice

On receipt of the reservation request, a detailed invoice will be sent confirming reservation dates and prices. The required deposit,  30% of the total price, becomes immediately due and must be paid within 14 days, in € or USD. Upon receipt of the deposit, confirmation of Tenancy will be sent.

The remainder due, together with a surety of USD 250.00,- held to cover  possible damage to property charges - refundable (subject to our Agent's report)  must be paid at least 30 days before commencement of Tenancy. On receipt of full payment, you will be informed of the address of the house and where the key can be collected from the local Agent.

We strongly reccomend that after making a reservation you take out a 'Travel Protection Insurance' in the event of illness or other tragic circumstance.

After the end of your Tenancy, subject to our Agent's report, you will be refunded the surety paid at commencement of Tenancy. This is the lawful right of a Landlord.

We inform our Agents in Cape Coral immediately a reservation is confirmed and a copy of the reservation form is faxed to them to ensure that they are prepared to welcome you and make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Particular attention is paid to your arrival date and time.

The local Agents are always available to offer advice and help. One only needs to telephone (local calls are free) and they will do their utmost best to ensure that you have a problem free holiday.

Car rental is available at your airport of arrival or in the town. It is adviseable to check before departure, with a local agency if rates are more prefential for bookings made through them rather than in Florida.

Remember to keep some US currency handy as 1 $ will be needed to pay for use of the bridge that links Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. Foreign currency is not accepted. In addition, the use Alligator-Alley (from Miami Airport or Ft. Lauderdale) also requires a 1.50 $ payment.

For your first evening meal and/or breakfast, you can stop at one of many discount shops you pass en route. These shops are open until 22.00, while the big Malls (eg: Wal Mart) are open 24 hours per day.
